This program is not designed for those seeking quick fixes or a fad-diet approach. If you're solely focused on short-term weight loss without considering long-term sustainability, this course may not align with your goals. Additionally, if you have a rigid dogmatic approach to food (such as Paleo, Vegan, Keto, etc.) and are not open to exploring other perspectives, this course may not be the right fit for you.

Meet Heather and Jennifer, the dynamic duo—a yoga therapist and a holistic dietitian, joining forces to empower women to reclaim their health. Bound by sisterhood, fueled by a love of decaf coffee, and united in their mission.
We believe in empowering women with holistic wellness. It means equipping women with the tools, knowledge, and support to embrace a more comprehensive approach to their well-being. We understand that our mind, body, heart, heart, and soul are interconnected, and by nourishing each aspect, we can support optimal health & happiness.
I am so happy with this course. Fighting the food police helped me put old habits into perspective and to finally make changes. I have tried every diet imaginable, and this course was truly a chance to learn how to enjoy eating/food again and a way to become healthy in the process!
